Because of the personalized nature of our work and the perishable quality of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on floral arrangements.
We take great care in ensuring your arrangement matches the details provided at the time of order. While natural variations in flowers, colors, and seasonal availability may occur, we guarantee the overall look, style, and value of your arrangement will reflect what was promised.
If you have any concerns about your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, work with you to find a resolution (such as a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion).
For weddings and large events, final design approvals and agreements will be confirmed prior to fulfillment. Once confirmed, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
